The MURS Alert Transmitter offers the ability to monitor activity at remote locations. The MURS Alert Transmitter utilizes passive infrared sensor technology that will transmit an alert signal to the MURS Base and Hand Held radio in order to notify you that someone has entered a monitored area.

The MURS Alert MAT is capable of sending 4 different alert messages to the transceiver. The alert signals will be in spoken English (EX: "Alert Zone 1") and are easily selected at the transmitter so that separate zones can be monitored at the same time. The MURS Alert Transmitter will give you real time monitoring of remote locations.

The MURS Alert Transmitter has many different applications; it can be used by security guards, small businesses and by hunters monitoring game trails; any scenario that requires immediate notification when someone or something enters a monitored location.

Unit requires 6 AA alkaline batteries (not included). The 19.5" telescoping antenna is removable and has a BNC connector that allows you to easily attach an external antenna such as from Centerfire Antenna (they also offer a ready to use coax assembly with the proper connectors) to extend your transmitter range.
